Behind the Writer

Massachusetts Writer:

I started writing as a new years resolution to try art that makes me uncomfortable and to challenge myself as an artist. Now I can not see my life without spoken word and the community that comes with it.  My inspiration comes from finding beauty in dark times, religion, and magic.

My only dream for poetry is seeing how far I can spread my heart and giving comfort to those who also have seen the hardships.

I'd also like to give a lot of credit to my Dad who passed away on August 2, 2020 after a short battle with  brain cancer, for always supporting my writing and art. I miss you everyday dad,
